Refund and Returns Policy

Protein Foods and all other food products can not be returned or exchanged.

If you receive food that is damaged, or have any other issues with the foods you receive, please contact us at 303-750-9454.

If you need to cancel an order, please call us immediately; we usually ship orders out within 24 hours of receiving them. Orders can not be cancelled after they have processed. The customer will receive an email when their order has been processed.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there are any problems or concerns.

Orders that are shipped will be shipped either USPS or UPS, chosen by the customer. Items will be delivered by the chosen delivery service and we will not require a signature on delivery. Clinical Nutrition Center is not responsible for damage or loss resulting from the delivery carrier (USPS or UPS) but will work with the customer to help resolve any claims.

Orders that are for “local pickup” will be available for pickup at our office during business hours. Our business hours are listed on the “contact us” tab of our website at www.clinicalnutritioncenter.com

If you would like to return a non-food product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
