The staff is supportive, kind, and helps you to understand there is much more going on to weight loss than will power. A lot is determined by changing hormones and brain chemistry. I met Dr. Lazarus, my first meeting with him he took the time and explained what was happening both physiologically and psychologically. He told me that what was happening wasn't my fault. He guided me through the process, created a plan, first getting me through my next surgeries. Once completed, we created a long-term plan under close observation. It began to work. Weight slowly dropped off, my energy creeped back and the aches and pains I was feeling began subsiding.
