Refund and Returns Policy
Clinical Nutrition Center Store
1. Consumable Products (No Returns) For safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance, all sales of protein foods, dietary supplements, and all other consumable food products are strictly final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any food or nutritional products, even if they are unopened.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive food or supplements that are damaged in transit, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us at 303-750-9454 or orders@clinicalnutritioncenter.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to promptly issue a replacement or store credit.
3. Non-Food Product Returns We accept returns on non-food products (e.g., blender bottles, books, accessories) under the following conditions:
- The return must be initiated within 14 Days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Order Cancellations We pride ourselves on fast fulfillment and usually ship orders within 24 hours. If you need to cancel an order, please call us immediately at 303-750-9454. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has processed.
5. Shipping and Carrier Liability During checkout, customers may choose their preferred delivery carrier (USPS or UPS). Please note that we do not require a signature upon delivery. Clinical Nutrition Center is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed over to the delivery carrier. However, if an issue arises, please contact us within 7 days, and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
6. Local Pickup Orders designated for “Local Pickup” will be available at our Greenwood Village office during normal business hours. Please refer to the “Contact Us” tab at for our current operating hours.
