Shipping & Processing Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the United States using [Insert Carriers, e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx].

The FTC “30-Day” Delay Policy We make every effort to maintain inventory and ship your items promptly. If we experience a high volume of orders, or if an item is placed on backorder by the manufacturer causing a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If we cannot ship your item within 30 days of your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order for a full and prompt refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages Clinical Nutrition Center is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the United States.
